Restaurant operations, connected

Your orders. Your kitchen. Your delivery operation.

FoodPointOS connects restaurant sales, kitchen workflows, stock management and delivery coordination in one platform. Built in Louisville, Kentucky by A&J Elite Supply LLC, it also supports food retail and warehouse operations. Choose the modules and plan that match how your business actually runs.

From the customer’s order to the driver’s delivery.

Consider a restaurant with its own delivery team: the customer orders from its FoodPoint storefront, staff manage the order and kitchen preparation, and the delivery workflow coordinates pickup and completion. Stock and financial records give the owner a view of the operation. Availability depends on the chosen plan and configured workflows.

An online storefront connected to your operation

Publish your menu and products through a FoodPoint Marketplace storefront, receive customer orders and manage fulfillment from the partner portal. This is a store within the FoodPoint network, not a promise of a separate custom-domain website included in every plan.

Orders that reach the kitchen

Manage online, in-store and manual orders, with Kitchen Display System (KDS) tickets for preparation. Display OS also has dedicated station workflows. Station licenses and included displays depend on your plan.

Your drivers, inside the delivery workflow

Coordinate delivery assignments, view driver location signals and track pickup and delivery progress. Driver workflows support navigation and proof of delivery. GPS visibility depends on device permissions, connectivity and recent signals; it is not a guarantee of continuous background tracking.

Stock, storage and purchasing

Manage inventory items, stock movements, restocking, storage locations and purchase orders. Plan tiers distinguish basic from advanced inventory access. Do not assume per-recipe, gram-by-gram deduction on every sale without confirming that your actual workflow is supported.

Sales and expense visibility

Review sales, recorded expenses and profit-and-loss reporting based on the records available in the platform. Financial reporting helps you understand operations; it is not a promise of complete general-ledger accounting, bank reconciliation or tax filing.

A connected team and Square payments

Employee workflows include clock-in/out, tasks and module access. FoodPointOS integrates with Square for payment workflows. Payment processor charges and hardware compatibility should be checked separately from the FoodPointOS subscription.

Match the plan to the operation

Employees are not driver slots.

Questions restaurant owners ask

Can I use FoodPointOS with two delivery drivers?

Driver capacity is separate from employee capacity. Starter includes 3 employees but no included fleet-driver slots. Pro currently includes 2 drivers and 10 employees at $399/month. For a two-driver restaurant, review Pro and confirm delivery setup before subscribing.

Does FoodPointOS mean every sale is commission-free?

No. The free FoodPoint Marketplace offer lists a 20% commission per sale. Subscription charges, payment processing, delivery charges and marketplace terms are different costs. Check the sales channel and current terms rather than assuming every order has zero fees.

Is FoodPointOS restricted to iPads?

No. FoodPointOS is a browser-based platform with phone and tablet workflows. Its public hardware guidance also lists Windows and Android stations. Confirm browser, payment terminal and printer compatibility for your specific setup.

Can FoodPointOS replace reliance on third-party delivery apps?

FoodPointOS can support a direct ordering and own-driver workflow so those orders do not need to originate in a third-party delivery marketplace. Software, labor, card processing and delivery costs still apply. There is no guaranteed savings percentage.

Does the entire platform work without internet?

Do not assume full offline ordering, kitchen synchronization, payments or GPS. Confirm your connectivity requirements before deployment; an eight-hour offline guarantee is not established here.

Where can I see current prices and trial terms?

Use the official plans page linked below. Starter currently advertises a first-month trial offer; that is not a blanket free-trial promise for every plan. Review renewal, card-registration and cancellation terms in the existing signup flow.
